We select our teachers after a careful assessment and analysis of their strengths and expertise. Our teachers are highly qualified, trained and experienced in their subject areas. We conduct regular training through consultancy workshop and seminars for their professional growth. Our student to teacher ratio will be 23:1 against the norm of 30:1 and this shall help us in giving individual attention to every student. We have a ‘mother-teacher’ concept with one-helping assistant for our pre-primary students and for our VI and VII classes we have subject specific teachers.
Teachers are regarded as second mothers especially those who work with pre-primary students and spend a large part of the day with them. The teachers try to understand the psychology of individual child and works towards developing their cognitive and emotional aspects of personality. Teachers also work towards identifying and addressing any area of concern that can affect the growth of the young students.
