We select our teachers after a careful assessment and analysis of their strengths and expertise. Our teachers are highly qualified, trained and experienced in their subject areas. We conduct regular training through consultancy workshop and seminars for their professional growth.
Teachers are regarded as second mothers especially those who work with pre-primary students and spend a large part of the day with them. We have a ‘mother-teacher’ concept with one-helping assistant for our pre-primary students.
The teachers try to understand the psychology of individual child and works towards developing their cognitive and emotional aspects of personality and thus we have developed ‘Mentorship’ programmes. Teachers also work towards identifying and addressing any area of concern that can affect the growth of the young students. We have subject specific teachers for higher classes, acquainted with NEP guidelines.
